Hypnosis is an altered state of mind in which your conscious mind quiets down. Your subconscious mind takes the lead and allows you to experience ideas and sensations that go beyond your usual boundaries. Don’t worry though, you will never do, or say, or feel, anything that you don’t really want to experience.

Start with the FREE files. There are a bunch of them. Find what works for you. Trust your instincts, practice, and choose whether you like it. Give it time. Check also the “Get Started” page.

Your mind needs time and practice to get accustomed to my voice and words. Practice makes perfect. Hypnosis is a way of life. Give the files several listens, and the effects will get stronger and stronger.
